I do not get any sound when I load 808 Presets?
TrapSoul X contains many 808 presets. To make full use of TSX pro-dsp, the 808 presets are loaded in a different way than the others. Follow the steps in this video to use them:

Question:
I followed the steps of the video, but when I right click to load the preset, there are no files within the "Audio Files" folder. Did I miss a step?
Answer:
The TSX installer automatically installs the files into "HD/Users/Your name/Library/Application Support/Infinit Audio/TrapSoul X/Audio Files". However, some Macs contain multiple Library folders.
If you ran the automatic installer its possible the files were put into either "HD/Library/Application Support/Infit Audio/TrapSoul X" or they were installed into another local users library. Try searching the hard drive for the "TrapSoul X" folder. Since you have ran the plugin, you will most likely find 2 because it automatically creates one in that location if its not found. Check the Audio Files folder in each one.
I moved the Samples Folder and now TrapSoul X says "Sample Directory Not Found"
If you moved TrapSoul X's Samples Folder or get the message
'Sample Not Found' or "Sample Directory Does Not Exist" follow the steps below to change the sample folders location in the plugin:
1. Click the Settings icon
2. Click Change Sample Folder Location
3. Select the TrapSoul X Samples Folder
4. Click OK
5. *IMPORTANT* Remove TrapSoul X from your DAW and re-add it.
6. Your done!
For some reason when I try to use TrapSoul X in my daw it won't play any sounds. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
If you're not getting any sound in TSX, try re-linking the Samples Folder and make sure to remove it in your DAW and then re-add it:
1. Click the Settings icon
2. Click Change Sample Folder Location
3. Select the TrapSoul X Samples Folder
4. Click OK
5. *IMPORTANT* Remove TrapSoul X from your DAW and re-add it.
6. Your done!
I installed TrapSoul X and when I go to load a preset it says "The Preset Cannot Be Found" even though the sample folder is pointed in the right direction. What can I do to fix this?
That error happens when you complete the step to "Choose Sample Folder" but you don't reload the plugin afterward. That step is required.
To fix it you can 1. Relink the sample maps 2. Then remove that instance from your daw channel and re-add it.
1. Click the Settings icon
2. Click Change Sample Folder Location
3. Select the TrapSoul X Samples Folder
4. Click OK
5. *IMPORTANT* Remove TrapSoul X from your DAW and re-add it.
6. Your done!
